So how's the caption of today's topic? Interesting..Isn't it?

Yes this time it's everyone's favorite summer fruit MANGOOO :-)

I heard many people saying we love mango but we don't eat it as it leads to weight gain. So is it really a weight gaining fruit or weight loosing fruit? If I say it helps in weight loss would you guys believe me? I know not many of you.
Okay so how many of you crave for donuts,cakes,pastries, biscuits etc? Are these junk stuffs actually healthy? So how can a fruit be so unhealthy? I hope you are getting my point what I am trying to say. Anything having in moderation is always right.
Mango is a fruit which is loved intensely by almost all of us but many of us refrain ourselves from eating as it is a unhealthy fruit. Lets check out the innumerable hidden benefits of a mango


One mango has approximately 80-100 calories which is manageable in a day with right eating. Just plan your meal in a way that if you wanna have mango then have one chapati less in your meal so that your calorie count will be balanced. or have it in morning mid-meal.Weight loss and weight gain is all game of calories.

Hainnn!!! mango is not culprit to increase weight in fact help to reduce the weight superb blog for bringing the facts, lot of us think that because of high sugar content it increase the weight and consume less mango but now after reading your wonderful blog will have lots of mango :) keep writing such use full blogs

    N yes, my favourite way of having mango as shake mixed with 2 scoop of Nutrilite All plant protein. Great taste of mango with added health of all plant protein. It's just yummie n healthy both.
